It's the Little Things... like a bath in the dark!

Much of  our day today was spent like this:

King Max watching "Sid the Science Kid" on the royal throne!

That's right, today marked our first day of officially saying ciao to the DIAPER in our household. Hoooooray! 

While we know that we still have a long road to travel in this area, this was MAJOR progress!!! YAYYYYY, Max! :)

And to celebrate this momentous milestone, tonight we did bath time a little... different. The following activity may very well be one of the best $3 that I have EVER spent:

Tonight we celebrated our first-ever (and definitely not the last) Glow-in-the-Dark Bathtub Night!! (Quite extraordinary, and something you should probably try, too!!) 

$3 spent at the Dollar Tree got us this:

Oh yes, your eyes are not fooling you... glow sticks/necklaces/bracelets in the bathtub really ARE the greatest thing ever. Talk about spicing up an ordinary bath!! For Max, this was a dream come true, and you know, I kind of agree with him. We ALL had a blast with our glow-in-the-dark bath night.

Certainly, our fun bathtime was most well deserved this evening. Ever seen a grown woman cry over pee pee in a potty?! I have never been more proud of anything in my life than I was my Max today. The first of many, I know. :)

We are living life to the MAX with the best Max on the planet.
